Orders and Shipping

If you received an item that you believe is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at: [email protected]

We will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2-5 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account.

Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Due to COVID- 19, our carriers have been experiencing slight delays in shipping, so please allow for 5-9 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for your ground orders to arrive.

First, go to Track my Order page and enter your tracking code(given by our email when your tracking code is ready). Hit the button “Track” to view result.

No, we do not store your card info in our servers, we only store a secure token provided by our payment provider.

No, we do not charge tax.

If there is any issue with your order that you noticed after the order has already been placed you must contact customer service within 12 hours of your order. You can contact our customer service at [email protected].

It is very rare that an order is not delivered within the selected time frame, but if this does happen please contact our customer service at [email protected]. 

We will get back to you within 24 hours to figure out what has happened to your shipment and solve any problem.

We currently have our warehouses in USA, Sweden, Japan, the Netherlands and HongKong.

To guarantee the fastest delivery as possible, we ship your parcel from one of our warehouses nearest to your location.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us and if the item is damaged, defective or in wrong specification, and if there is a case of missing parts of order.  

Our policy lasts 5 days from the arrival date. If 5 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are sorry to hear we have sent you an item that is different from what you have ordered!

Please start with double-checking your order confirmation to see what you ordered. If you have not received the ordered product please contact us by emailing [email protected] further down this page, and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake.

If you have received a delivery containing a damaged item, we apologize for that!

Include the following when contacting us:

  • A photo of the damaged product.
  • Your order number or the email address you used when you placed the order.

We only accept returns on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer service to confirm your problem and take the return address before you make any decision. If you return the item without our confirmation, we cannot assure that it will be returned successfully to our return address and we will NOT refund it in this case.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and we will not take responsibility for any return package without a confirmation or notice from us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via [email protected] for more information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Contact our Customer Service to get the return address before you make any decision. Please do not refuse the delivery or send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and we will NOT take any responsibility for any return package without a confirmation letter or notice from us.

Cancellation is approved within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. After that, your order will be automatically sent to the warehouse to pack and ship out. A management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. We would appreciate it if you could please tell me the reason for cancellation. It will help us so much to improve our products and services.
